Dana Adobe Nipomo Amigos, Inc.

This corporation is a nonprofit public benefit corporation organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for public and charitable purposes. Its specific purpose is to enlist and obtain the support of all manner of interested persons to rehabilitate and care for the historic building known as the Dana Adobe (Casa de Dana) located in the eastern portion of the unincorporated area known as Nipomo, County of San Luis Obispo, California. The Dana Adobe Nipomo Amigos, with the cooperation of the San Luis Obispo County Historical Society, will develop the plan for rehabilitation and maintenance of the Dana Adobe, raise the necessary funds for the rehabilitation and maintenance, and be responsible for implementation of those plans.
